We established a fully equipped R&D center for production technology, products and applications, one analysis center and one test center. As one of the pioneers of the industry in China, Tiansheng Group has the responsibility and ability to solve the problems encountered in the production and application of cellulose ethers. In 2013, TS Group, as one of the industry leaders, initiated and participated in the preparation of the Chinese industry standard JC/T2190-2013 “Cellulose Ethers for Dry Mix Mortar for Construction”.
With nearly 30 years of professional experience in cellulose ethers and their development,Tiansheng Group has become one of the largest producers of cellulose ethers in Asia, with acapacity of 45,000 tons. Tiansheng offers a robust portfolio of cellulose ethers with two brands: Specell® and TS® for construction detergent and coating applications. We produce hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), hydroxyethyl methylcellulose (HEMC) and hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), as well as especially developed modified products to provide our customers withhighly effective solutions.

Taking the social responsibility initiative
From product design, raw material selection, production process preparation, product manufacturing and packaging, to product storage and transportation, we assess the impact of our activities on the environment now and in the future and reduce the impact on the environment.
Paying more attention to the environment
We use the steam from thermal power plants as a clean energy source. The production lines have a complete energy recycling system, which can save 20% of the energy and has a cooling water recycling system to reduce the amount of tap water and wastewater per ton of cellulose ether.
We recycle organic solvents, whose recycling rate is about 100%, which saves resources and reduces damage to the environment. We set up an advanced, complete and efficient wastewater treatment system that meets the requirements of the local standard (DB37/599-2006) and we are consciously online-monitored by the Environmental Protection Agency day and night
Sincerely caring for the health of employees
We have a sound occupational health system, and conduct regular physical tests for our employees. We established a strict safety production control system, regularly conduct safety education and training for our employees, and we hold various safety drills regularly, so that the concept of “safety is the utmost priority” is deeply rooted in corporate culture.
